The board of AEK Athens B.C. announces the agreement with the coach Aleksandar Matovic.The Serbian coach made his first statements to aekbc.gr:

”I’m very happy for my agreement with AEK Athens. I think I made a very good choice for my career. I’ll try to help the team to achieve its goals”.

Aleksandar Matovic was born on 3 January 1978. He has worked with all youth teams of KK Borac Čačak and Partizan and also he was assistant coach.

Matovic has coached individual NBA superstars, such as Klay Thompson, Michael Thompson, Goran Dragic, Zoran Dragic, Semih Erden, Sasha Vujacic, Andris Biedriņš, Vladimir Radmanović and many others.
